Qigong is the ancient Chinese art of moving meditation.  It promotes

physical wellbeing

relaxation

and a deep sense of calm. 

Gentle flowing movements allow the body to soften, relax, and shift.  By synchronizing our movements and our breath, we can deepen into more centered and aware places in the body.  All of these classes includes self massage, physical movement patterns, and guided breathing meditations.  We learn qigong sequences that you can take home and incorporate into your daily practice for increased well being.  Qigong class leaves you feeling deeply connected, centered, invigorated, and strong!

Elemental Movement: Inner and Outer Harmony

Eleanor and I take turns teaching this class every Friday morning at Wellness 101. I’ve heard that we have different styles that compliment each other really well! You can register through their website link below. It is okay to just show up, but if you register ahead of time you will be notified of last minute cancellations.

Sacred Body Qigong

Sacred Body Qigong runs in 6 week series. You can sign up for the whole series, or just specific dates. The current series is full, but there will be another one starting mid-March. Contact me for more information and to sign up early.

1:1 or Small Group Qigong

Perhaps you want to learn Qigong but you can’t make it to any of the scheduled classes. You can gather a group of two or more friends and contact me to set up a small private class. Qigong is also a healing modality, so if you have specific personal goals, you might want to try a 1-1 session that is tailored to your needs.
