Created by Toni Bergins, this practice blends dance, mindfulness, and somatic healing techniques to help you release stress, move stuck emotions, and awaken a deeper sense of joy, vitality, and freedom.
There are no steps to memorize and no dance experience required—just an open mind and a willingness to move.

Each JourneyDance session follows a carefully designed rhythmic arc that gently guides you through a range of movement experiences. You'll begin by grounding into your body with slow, mindful movement before building energy through playful expression, dynamic dance, and opportunities for emotional release. The experience concludes with calming, restorative movement and quiet reflection.
